About Annapoorna Temple
Chinmaya Annaporna will be one of the first Annapoorna Devi temple in Africa. This is the vision of Pujya Swami Abhedanandaji, who is the Resident Acharya of Chinmaya Mission of South Africa since 2010.

Temple Construction Plans
Bhoomi Poojan for the Annapoorna Devi temple was done on April 11, 2025. The construction work for the temple is in full swing.
The temple construction is expected to be completed by October 2025, and inauguration is planned around Navaratri.
